VP, Customer Support
Susan joins the Streamline team with over 20 years of leadership experience in Customer service and support with healthcare technology companies. Before Streamline, Susan was Director of Client Success at Context 4 Healthcare, responsible for executing strategies around customer satisfaction and retention. Previous positions include operations manager within Customer Care at Ge Healthcare, VP of Operations at HealthPort supporting both Payers and Providers in Release of information. She began her career at McKesson in various leadership positions within the Customer Support teams. Susan is motivated by the success of her customers as well as her support team.
Susan earned a Masters of Business Administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a Bachelors of Engineering from Marquette University.
