Jason Carver

Chief Financial Officer

Jason is an experienced financial executive who has served many firms over the past 20 years, building organizational integrity and financial transparency throughout the financial services industry.  As Chief Financial Officer, Jason is responsible for maintaining financial stability and providing the tools and capital to manage the rapid growth of Streamline Healthcare Solutions.  He is committed to delivering insights and advice to the organization to enable successful delivery of solutions for our customers to better care for those in need.

Jason Carver has enjoyed 20+ years managing multimillion-dollar businesses and building and overseeing global financial teams. As Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer for Performance Trust Capital Partners, Jason led the development and restructuring of the finance organization and managed through generational leadership changes and their impact on strategic plans.

Previously, Jason was Vice President and CFO of Global Trading for FIS (formerly SunGard), where he established and executed financial strategy for more than $500M in software, broker-dealer, and professional services revenues, and led teams across nine offices on five continents. Jason’s earlier career experience included Director of Operations for Belvedere Trading, CFO for Endeavor Trading, CFO and SVP of Strategy & Corporate Development for Alaron Holdings Corporation, and VP and CFO of Banc of America Futures for Bank of America.

Jason holds an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas. He is credentialed as a CFA Charterholder, CPA, and CGMA.

Jason has a strong track record of not-for-profit board experience, including current Vice President at Legatus of DuPage County; current Endowment Chair for the Board of Midwest Theological Forum; and former Board President of Kingswood Academy, Storycatchers Theatre, and Porchlight Music Theatre of Chicago.  Jason lives with his wife and kids outside of Chicago and participates with his children in Boy Scouts of America and FIRST Robotics.
