Danny Gladden, MBA, MSW, LCSW is Chief Clinical Officer at Streamline Healthcare Solutions, where he brings clinical and operational leadership to product strategy, go-to-market efforts, and customer engagement as the company continues to expand across the continuum of care in behavioral health, social care, and human services.
A licensed clinical social worker, Danny has more than 20 years of experience across behavioral health, social care, and human services, spanning executive leadership, healthcare technology, and clinical practice. Prior to joining Streamline, he served as General Manager and Director of Behavioral Health and Social Care at Oracle Health, where he was responsible for behavioral health and social care product and worked with providers around the world, partnering closely with product, engineering, sales, and customer teams to align platform strategy with real-world clinical and operational needs. Earlier in his career, Danny served as Chief Operating Officer of a community behavioral health and substance use treatment center in Alaska.
Danny continues to practice clinically and is licensed in Missouri and Alaska. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri–Columbia, an MBA from the University of Texas at Tyler, and a Master of Social Work from the Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis.
