Chief Experience Officer


Sandy is an innovative and driven leader with 25+ years of diverse behavioral health industry experience. As Chief Experience Officer (CXO), Sandy is responsible for the strategic direction of the Implementation and Professional Services, Customer Support, and Customer Success Teams and ensures that the voice of the customer is understood and valued throughout Streamline Healthcare Solutions. Sandy is passionate about improving business and clinical outcomes, innovative solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience to achieve excellence.

Her background includes administrative, clinical, community collaboration, revenue cycle, grant/contract development and oversight, program design and implementation, performance improvement and evaluation, and information technology. Sandy is passionate about using data to drive and improve business and clinical outcomes, creating workflow efficiencies, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

At Harbor, Sandy was the Chief Strategy and Business Officer where she focused on improving business operations across departments to optimize agency performance; service expansion and new business development; and successful fiscal management that included payer diversification, effective oversight and monitoring, and long-term financial sustainability. As Director of Quality Improvement for Summit Pointe, Sandy’s responsibilities included agency performance-based outcome measurement and analysis, development of company-wide balanced scorecard, accreditation, utilization and provider contract management, customer service, and oversight of multi-county technology contracts. As the Director of Home & Community Intervention Services for Family & Children Services in Kalamazoo, MI, Sandy focused on program enhancement, design, and development. This included improving current home-based programs and implementing new and unique services including a county-wide mobile crisis response team for youth and families. Her prior clinical work included direct service delivery at Huckleberry House and NetCare Corporation in Columbus, OH.

Sandy earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work and her Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University. She is a strong advocate of team and community involvement and enjoys spending time with her family, attending her daughters’ athletic events, walking, reading, and being outdoors. Sandy currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Pivotal (a Community Mental Health organization in Michigan) and President of the Three Rivers All Sports Boosters.
