Granite Wellness Center Goes Live with Streamline’s SmartCare™ EHR
Streamline Healthcare Solutions is excited to announce Granite Wellness Center located in Grass Valley, California, is now live with SmartCare™. SmartCare’s cloud-based, single-platform, and intelligent technology provides Granite Wellness Centers the ability to focus on achieving their mission of promoting wellness and quality of life to those they serve.
Granite Wellness Center chose Streamline’s SmartCare™ to support its integrated care model and improve overall efficiency throughout the organization. They will use the technology to drive care coordination and communication to providers and to the northern California counties they serve.
