Oakbrook Terrace, IL – [January 25, 2022] – After an extensive evaluation and procurement process, East Bay Agency for Children (EBAC), based in Oakland, California, has selected Streamline’s SmartCare™ as its next Electronic Health Record (EHR) solution. EBAC joins Streamline as another community-based organization based in Alameda County, CA. Streamline’s growing presence in California, both in the region and statewide, was a major factor in EBAC’s decision. Other factors included system flexibility with non-Medicaid programs, the ability to track and report staff service hours, easy-to-use clinical workflows, and a comprehensive billing solution. EBAC serves thousands of children and youth annually with school-based and intensive behavioral health services, and provides a variety of supports to families as well.
