Following a comprehensive evaluation process, ElevaCare selected Streamline’s SmartCare™ as its next-generation EHR solution to meet the needs of its behavioral health services and the communities it serves.
ElevaCare sought a fully web-based, automated EHR solution to support its Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model and Minnesota state reporting requirements. SmartCare™ was chosen for its ability to ensure compliance with evolving state and federal regulations while positioning ElevaCare for sustained success in the years to come.
