Oak Brook, IL – Appleseed Community Mental Health Center headquartered in Ashland, Ohio, which provides behavioral health-focused services to its local community, has selected Streamline as its electronic health record (EHR) vendor.
Following a comprehensive evaluation, Appleseed CMHC selected Streamline’s EHR, SmartCare™, to help meet the behavioral health provider’s HIE, state reporting, and revenue cycle needs now and into the future.
