Helio Health Selects Streamline’s SmartCare™ Electronic Health Record
Oak Brook, IL – Helio Health Inc., headquartered in Syracuse, New York, has selected Streamline Healthcare Solutions as its preferred electronic health record (EHR) vendor. Helio Health provides comprehensive mental health, substance use disorder, community-based and housing services in over 60 locations throughout the Central New York region.
Helio Health was looking for an EHR that supports its diverse service offerings across multiple locations, from the Albany area in the East as far as Rochester in the West and South to near the Pennsylvania border to North of Syracuse. With over 18,200 unique individuals served in 2022 and nearly 9000 in 2023, Helio Health needed a reliable system to meet its future needs as it continues to add capacity to meet the needs of the community.
