Oak Brook, IL – After an extensive evaluation and procurement process, Sierra Vista Child & Family Services, based in Modesto, California, has selected Streamline’s SmartCare™ as its new Electronic Health Record (EHR) solution. Sierra Vista joins Streamline as another Community Based Organization (CBO) in California.
Streamline’s growing California presence with the state’s counties and CBOs, along with the ability to meet the advancements of CalAIM, was a major factor in Sierra Vista’s decision. Other factors included overall system flexibility for Sierra Vista’s non-Medi-Cal programs, and the ability to capture and report on data in a variety of ways with SmartCare™.
